I am embarking on a year of travel that will take me to Central America, the Caribbean, Switzerland, Italy, and Africa. As part of this year of travel, I am leaving my condo in July, placing my belongings in storage and driving through the U.S. as well.
I don't know exactly what this blog will be about, perhaps simply a way to let people who care about me know exactly where I am.

Mercury Retrograde
Arrived at the airport to discover Paris is having an air strike. Of course my flight connects in Paris. I'l still get to Lucca today but not until late this evening.
